مواصفة CFM الحالية (كتيب المرشح Rev 01-2026) تحكمها عشرة مجالات (FM Domains) متساوية الوزن، حلت محل قائمة الكفايات الإحدى عشر القديمة منذ تحديث أكتوبر 2025. هذه المجالات ليست إطاراً للامتحان فقط؛ بل خريطة اليوم العملي بعد الشهادة ومرجعاً لتوزيع جهد التعلّم.
1. ما المجالات العشرة؟
هي عشرة مجالات معرفية معتمدة في مواصفة CFM، لكل مجال اختصار رسمي:
- A القيادة والاستراتيجية — Leadership & Strategy
- B عمليات المنشأة — Facility Operations
- C إدارة المخاطر — Risk Management
- D الماليات والأعمال — Finance & Business
- E الاستدامة — Sustainability
- F التواصل — Communication

- I تقنية المعلومات وإدارة بيانات المنشأة — Facility Technology & Data Management
- J إدارة المشاريع — Project Management
2. ماذا تغيّر في التوزيع؟
- المساواة بدل الأثقال: في المواصفة الجديدة كل مجال يعادل 10 أسئلة من المئة المحسوبة، فلا يوجد مجال «أثقل» بعد اليوم؛ التوازن يعني أن الاستعداد الواسع أهم من التعمق في ركن واحد.
- شكل الامتحان: 120 سؤالاً بثلاثة خيارات (100 محسوب + 20 تجريبياً) في 3 ساعات، بترتيب عشوائي بلا أقسام ثابتة.
قاعدة ترتيب التعلّم: مع تساوي الأوزان، رتّب أولوياتك بالحرجية العملية وترابط المعرفة: ابدأ بعمليات المنشأة والماليات، ثم المجالات الداعمة (مخاطر، جودة، بيانات، تواصل). هذه الخريطة هي هيكل المنهج محطة بمحطة.
3. العلاقة بين المجالات ومحطات المنهج
مسار هذا الكورس مبني مباشرة على المجالات العشرة:
- محطة 8: القيادة والاستراتيجية (A) — ومعها مادة التواصل (F) في درس التواصل وأصحاب المصلحة.
- محطتا 1 و4: عمليات المنشأة (B) — التشغيل والصيانة، ثم الإشغال والعوامل البشرية.
- محطتا 5 و6: إدارة المخاطر (C) — السلامة، الطوارئ، واستمرارية الأعمال.
- محطات 2، 3، 7، 9، 10، 12: العقارات (H)، الماليات (D)، الاستدامة (E)، تقنية المعلومات (I)، الجودة (G)، وإدارة المشاريع (J) — مجال لكل محطة.

محطة 8 — التخطيط، أصحاب المصلحة، التغيير، ومعها التواصل (F).
B عمليات المنشأة
محطتا 1 و4 — التشغيل والصيانة، والإشغال والعوامل البشرية.
C إدارة المخاطر
محطتا 5 و6 — السلامة، الطوارئ، واستمرارية الأعمال.
D الماليات والأعمال
محطة 3 — الميزانيات، تحليل الانحرافات، LCC وROI.
E الاستدامة
محطة 7 — المباني الخضراء، النفايات، وجودة الهواء.
G الجودة
محطة 10 — التحسين المستمر، PDCA، والتدقيق.

كل محطة تقابل مجالاً واحداً أو أكثر — المنهج كله مبنى على خريطة IFMA العشرة.
4. استخدام الخريطة كدليل دائم
كلما تقدمت في التعلّم أو الممارسة، ارجع إلى الخريطة لتصحيح المسار: أي مجال تعثرت فيه؟ وأين الاستثمار التالي للوقت؟ مع تساوي الأوزان، يصير التوزيع السليم هو السر — تغطية عريضة بلا هوة، بدل الانحياز لمجال على حساب آخر.
The current CFM specification (candidate handbook Rev 01-2026) is governed by ten equally weighted FM domains, replacing the old eleven-competency list since the October 2025 update. These domains are not just an exam framework; they are the map of daily practice after certification and the reference for allocating learning effort.

They are ten knowledge domains accredited in the CFM specification, each with an official label:

2. What changed in the distribution?
- Equality instead of weights: in the new specification every domain equals 10 of the 100 scored questions, so no domain is “heavier” anymore; balance means broad preparation matters more than deep focus on a single area.
- Exam format: 120 three-choice questions (100 scored + 20 pretest) over 3 hours, in random order with no fixed sections.
Learning-order rule: with equal weights, order your priorities by practical criticality and knowledge interdependence: start with facility operations and finance, then the supporting domains (risk, quality, data, communication). This map is the curriculum structure, station by station.
3. The relationship between domains and the curriculum stations
This path is built directly on the ten domains:
- Station 8: Leadership & Strategy (A) — with the Communication material (F) in its Communication & Stakeholders lesson.
- Stations 1 and 4: Facility Operations (B) — operations and maintenance, then occupancy and human factors.
- Stations 5 and 6: Risk Management (C) — safety, emergency, and business continuity.
- Stations 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 12: Real Estate (H), Finance & Business (D), Sustainability (E), Facility Technology & Data Management (I), Quality (G), and Project Management (J) — one domain per station.

4. Using the map as a permanent guide
Whenever you advance in learning or practice, return to the map to correct course: which domain are you struggling with? And where is the next time investment? With equal weights, proper distribution is the key — broad coverage without gaps, instead of leaning toward one domain at the expense of others.
